Personal Data Protection Notice

1. I/We hereby declare and agree on behalf of myself/ourselves, all insured person(s) and other persons referred to in this website (“Relevant Persons”) that any personal data of the Relevant Persons provided, updated and disclosed to Enki Risk & Wealth Management Company (“the Company”) by me/us or any other person or held by the Company (whether contained in this document or otherwise) may be used, stored, disclosed or transferred (whether within or outside Hong Kong) by the Company to such persons as the Company may consider necessary from time to time including without any limitation, any of its affiliated companies, reinsurers, loss adjusters, lawyers, banks, police or any individuals/ organizations associated with the Company or any selected third party (whether within or outside Hong Kong) for the purpose to:

   1. evaluate my/our potential insurance needs;

   2. arrange contracts of insurance for me/us and in relation to matters associated or connected therewith;

   3. administer the payment of premiums;

   4. provide subsequent services (whether related to this application or not) and promote, improve and further promote services and/or products by the Company and its affiliated companies to me/us including but not limited to direct marketing, data matching, market research for statistical or other purposes;

   5. communicate with me/us and the Relevant Persons for any other purpose;

   6. comply with any legal and regulatory obligations.

2. My/Our data held by the Company must be kept “Confidential”.

3. Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (“PDPO”), I/We have the right to request access to and correction of all of my/our personal information. (Such request should be addressed to the Compliance Officer of the Company at ROOM 2305, 23/F, TOWER 2 METROPLAZA, 223 HING FONG ROAD, KWAI FONG, N.T, HONG KONG. In accordance with the PDPO, a reasonable fee may be charged for processing any data access request.)
